LEADERS IN QUALITY CONSTRUCTION
SERVICES
Steep Slope Roofing
It's not just a roof. It's your first line of defense against Mother Nature. Whether your project is insurance or retail, protecting your property is our primary concern.

Low Slope Roofing
Most buildings or businesses will experience costly water leaks as their flat roof begins to age. We can solve those problems with quality installations and NDL warranties.

Solar
Whether you are environmentally conscious, want to eliminate your electricity bill or are looking for a smart addition with incredible ROI potential, there has never been a better time to switch to PV solar.

Common Questions
Why won’t you cover my insurance deductible? It's a felony. Plus, any contractor who is comfortable lying to your insurer probably won’t be concerned about lying to you.
Why are you more expensive? 90% of contractors close within 3 years because they cannot pay their bills. They do not understand the business aspect of a construction company and ignore things like insurance and licensing. This means that they can offer you a lower price in exchange for leaving you vulnerable to lawsuits, liens, and liability.
My insurance company says that I need three estimates. While it is a good idea to collect estimates for any large project, most insurers ask for three estimates only to approve the lowest estimate regardless of the material or workmanship quality.
How do I know if I need a new roof? Obvious signs of roof distress are missing shingles or holes, excessive granule loss, algae streaks, and leaks.
What types of roofing are you licensed to do? We are licensed to install all low and steep-slope roofing systems. However, we specialize in steep-slope asphalt shingle roofing and low-slope TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) systems.
Are you insured? We carry the state-required Worker's Compensation and General Liability policies.
Do you offer financing options? Yes. We partner with several underwriting firms to provide our clients with various flexible payment plans.
Do you offer free estimates? We offer to educate our potential clients on the who, what, when, and why of their current system vs. a new system. Our goal is more than just selling another job. We want to provide a solution that will work for each unique homeowner and home.
